本研究所旨在利用各种生物智能(生物现象或规律)建立高效计算模型和算法,并利用这些算法解决现实世界中的各种挑战性问题,特别是工程及生物领域中的问题。

张兴义教授、博士生导师,国家优青,安徽省杰青,IEEE高级会员,中国电子学会生物计算与生物信息处理专委会副秘书长,安徽省人工智能学会理事。主要从事多目标进化优化及应用、社会及生物网络分析、人工智能方面等研究工作,近年来,在国内外学术刊物上发表论文90余篇,其中发表SCI收录论文50余篇,包括IEEE TEVCIEEE TNNLSIEEE TCYBIEEE CIM等国际权威期刊论文20余篇,并获得了计算智能领域顶级期刊IEEE TEVC2018年度最佳论文奖,IEEE CIM2020年度最佳论文奖。作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金优青项目1项,安徽省杰青项目1项,科技部新一代人工智能重大项目1项(课题负责人),国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,省部级项目多项。应邀担任国际会议ACMC 2015会议主席、BIC-TA 2018程序委员会共同主席、首届数据驱动的复杂系统优化及应用研讨会主席,为国际期刊《Complex & Intelligent Systems》和《International Journal of Bio-Inspired Computation》编委。

程凡,中国科学技术大学博士,365足球外围平台副教授、硕士生导师,安徽大学青年骨干教师。程凡副教授长期从事人工智能、机器学习、数据挖掘等领域的工作,并在相关领域取得了一些列科研成果。包括在国内外重要刊物上发表学术论文近50篇,其中SCI/EI期刊30余篇。近五年发表中科院2区以上高水平SCI期刊18(含《IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Neurocomputing》、《Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence》等)以及IEEE CEC等国际会议。在此基础上,主持了多项省部级项目,包括教育部项目2项、安徽省自然科学基金面上项目1项、安徽省教育厅重点项目1项。另外作为核心骨干成员参与国家重大专项2项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。

苏延森2014 年毕业于华中科技大学,获工学博士学位。20149月至关于开展教学科研工作,历任讲师、副教授。任中国计算机学会生物信息学专业委员会委员、中国电子学会生物计算与生物信息处理专业委员会委员、生物医学数据挖掘与计算专业组委员。长期从事生物信息学相关的科研及教学工作,主要研究方向包括生物医学大数据挖掘技术、复杂疾病模式挖掘与分析方法、生物数据网络建模及高效分析算法、图挖掘技术及社交网络数据分析等。申请人提出了基于多目标进化算法的疾病分子标记物以及网络标记物的挖掘算法,设计了基于差异网络结构识别疾病分子标记物的计算方法,寻找到了能够标识肺癌子型发生的标记物。近五年,在IEEE T SYST MAN CY-S等期刊上发表SCI检索论文30余篇。担任IEEE TRANS. CYBERN.等多个国际期刊的审稿人。2015年获中国计算机学会生物信息学大会最佳论文。2019 年获第14届仿生计算理论与应用国际会议最佳论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金 1 项,安徽省自然科学基金青年项目1项,安徽省高校自然科学研究重点项目 1 项,省级及教育部重点实验室开放基金 2 项,安徽大学协同创新项目 1 项;参与国家自然科学基金国际合作与交流项目、重点项目、面上项目等多项。

 

主要成员:

田野,副教授,硕士生导师。入选2019年香江学者计划,现同时为香港城市大学博士后。主要研究领域为进化计算和深度学习及其在复杂优化、模式识别、数据挖掘、生物信息学和量化金融上的应用。在IEEE TEVCIEEE TCYBIEEE TFSIEEE TIIIEEE TSMCIEEE TETCIIEEE CIM等期刊发表论文三十余篇,谷歌学术引用1700余次。获进化计算领域顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation2018年度杰出论文奖(唯一)、进化计算领域一区期刊《IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine2020年度杰出论文奖(唯一)、ACM合肥2019年度博士论文奖(唯一)。现任IEEE TEVCIEEE TCYBIEEE TSMCIEEE TETCIIEEE CIMInformation SciencesApplied Soft Computing等期刊审稿人。

江浩,副教授,2019年于中国科学技术大学获工科博士学位。担任《IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence,IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation(Elsevier)期刊审稿人。至今共发表论文十余篇,其中以第一作者发表JCR2区及以上论文4篇。主要的创新性工作集中在基于智能计算的隐私保护方法的研究方面。

王啟军,副教授,2011年于武汉大学获工科博士学位。担任《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology,IEEE ACCESS 等期刊审稿人。至今共发表论文十余篇,其中以第一作者及通信作者身份发表JCR2区及以上论文3篇。主要的创新性工作集中在视频图像压缩编码方面。

马海平,女,19865月,博士,讲师,自20202月加入安徽大学物质科学与信息技术研究院。20136月博士毕业于中国科学技术大学,20137-20202月任职科大讯飞研究院,先后担任高级研究员、研究主管等职务,作为算法团队负责人,负责在线广告用户画像及个性化推荐、个性化教育等科大讯飞战略核心项目的算法研发及应用。20199月入选CCF大数据专家委员会通讯委员。目前,研究领域为用户画像、推荐系统、机器学习、个性化教育、多目标优化等。作为项目主要参与人员,参加过国家重点研发计划1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项,阿里巴巴、诺基亚、科大讯飞等知名企业应用课题项目数项。在ACM Transactions on Information Systems, Neurocomputing, KDD, WWW, CIKM, ICDM等国际重要期刊或会议发表论文十余篇,发明专利三项,负责编著著作1本,联合编著及联合翻译的著作各1本。

 

 

 

  研究所现有专职教师10人,包括教授1人,副教授6人,讲师3人组成,其中包括“国家优青”和“安徽省杰青”获得者,香江学者等。在读硕士、博士生、访问学者近50人,初步形成了一支以学术带头人为核心、以青年科研骨干为主体和高素质的研究生队伍为主力的研究梯队。
